Looker Studio reports scheduling is not working

Good morning,
 
I'm using Looker Studio for client reporting. I've created a report and scheduled it for weekly delivery. While I've included the client's email address in the recipients list, they are not receiving the reports.
 
I've already added my own email address and I am receiving them successfully. Could you please help me troubleshoot why the client isn't receiving the reports?

A year passed but this problem still exists. I bet Google won't listen to user's concern so let's see how many years would this issue last for 😁
