Looker does not read my data well to make a report

I have a client whose average organic web visits are about 500 a month, and with Googe Ads more than 1,500.

While the Ads campaign is active, the report does not read the data, and it says that the visitors have been 22 throughout the month.

What can I do? It only happens to me with this client.
