LookerStudio Report Download Fails for Users with Editor Role

We have a report page on a LookerStudio report that we like to download and send out, but it does not work for users with the "Editor" role for the report. When downloading as "Editor", the error returned on all of the charts is "The data source associated with this component could not be loaded". 

Everyone with the "Viewer" role is able to download the report successfully and all of the charts display. We also switched someone from "Editor" to "Viewer" and they were then able to download the report successfully after not being able to do so beforehand.

Is this happening for all reports, or just one? Were editors previously able to download the report without issue? You can try double-checking the Manage access settings on the report -- the instructions for how to do that are on the Stop sharing your reports and data sources documentation page. I wonder if the settings had changed somehow.

Editors were previously able to download the report without issue. I have looked at the "Manage Access" settings and as far as I can tell, it only allows you to update different permissions for Viewers, as Editors should always have all of the permissions on a report. I don't see anywhere that permissions for Editors can be changed.

I will file an issue report
