In Looker Studio, I'd like to combine multiple different types of observations in a single map. So, for example, I could have:
- A red dot in a given Latitude/Longitude, and the size of the red dot scales with the population there.
- A blue dot in a given Latitude/Longitude, and the size of the blue dot scales with the square footage of parks in this town.
How can I do this? Thanks so much!
Cool idea!
Currently, Looker Studio maps only support one metric, so I don't think this is possible. I think this is a great feature request though!

You can use Combo Map.
There is some public dataset in bigquery covering whole world population with km2/squares as polygons.
You can export this data and use Combo map which shoudl allow you to show bublle and areas and hopefully cover big city are. (I think maps hhve limit of 1 mln of polygon vertices.)

This is example of areas with polygons and now you can put also coordinnations of your second layer on combo map showing for example square footage of parks. Just curious how you would like to compute the secon on a lat, long level basis?:)
