No Data pulling through from StackAdapt Connection

I'm having trouble getting StackAdapt data to pull into the Looker Studio report. I reached out to my StackAdapt contact, who confirmed that the API key is correct, and there doesn’t appear to be an issue on their end.

Does anyone have a solution for getting the data to pull through from the StackAdapt data source

connection? I've attached a screenshot showing that no data is being retrieved and the filters I have on.

Hello, it seems like this is a data source issue. How did you connect the data?

Looker Studio only accepts a specific JSON format: {value: ["123", 20]}. If the data source provides incorrect data, the reports won’t display properly.

I recommend pulling the data into Google Sheets first, ensuring all data is correct, and then connecting it to Looker Studio:
StackAdapt → Google Sheets → Looker Studio.
