Not able to create Data Source

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Looker Studio- https://lookerstudio.google.com/u/0/navigation/reporting
2. Click on Create -> data Source
3. Click on File Upload
4. Usually it should ask to authorize Google Cloud Storage service. But for those users this is not asking.
5. Give the error and keeps spinning. Below is screenshot.

 

Anyone can help, how to resolve this?

Do your users see this if they log in from a different network? Or from an incognito browser window? I wonder if there is something in your local environment that is causing the problem.
