Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with the date range control in Looker Studio. Despite trying several troubleshooting steps, the control keeps reverting to "Advanced" mode, even after I manually select a different default range. This behavior is consistent across multiple reports and data sources.
Specifically, I've set the default date range to "This Month," but the control still shows as "Advanced" after I navigate to different reports or refresh the page. The actual date range displayed in the "Advanced" mode is still based on the "This Month" selection, but I would like it to remain as "This Month" without switching to the "Advanced" mode.
I've already tried:
If anyone has encountered this issue before or has any suggestions, I'd be grateful for your help.
Thank you!
I think we are several to encounter the same type of issue : https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Looker-Studio/Date-Range-Control/m-p/816920#M3822
I'm also facing same issue. https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Looker-Studio/Date-Range-Control/td-p/816920
I'm also facing the same issue. It seems like we have to wait it out for Google to do something.
I am also facing the same issue since yesterday on all of my reports, the only solution I have found, which is not what I want, is to set it to Auto date range.
Hi Guys, a bug tracker seems to have been oppened for the issue. add your +1! Hoping they'll correct soon : https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/372198647?pli=1
done!!!
The recent bug described above has been fixed. It doesn't appear today.
Thanks a lot for the Looker Studio team's responsiveness.
