In a pivot table, I have FA as row dimension and Week as column dimension. I have a calculated metric that says sum(A) / sum(B). I want to add a filter that will show all FA whose result of the metric is below 98% in any displayed given week. Is it possible to do that?

Yeah, that should be possible! 

You can create a filter based on a calculated field. The meaning of "below 98%" will change depending on your dimension grouping. Based on your explanation, it sounds like this filter would indeed only return FA with below 98% in a given week!
