Problem getting Looker Studio Pro

I am looking for someone to help me to buy the looker studio pro license.
I understand that it can only be purchased with a google workspace account, so I created one with my domain. I then logged into google cloud with that email. I created a project and associated it with my billing account.
However, at the time of purchasing the license, when I have to enter an email, it does not let me choose the one from my workspace account (the same as my cloud account).
Does anyone know how I should proceed?

Sorry for the problem! Can you share a screenshot or describe where it's asking for your email address (you can hide your actual address if it's being shown.)

I don't know what happened but suddenly my active license appeared.

Glad to know it's working! 
It's possible there was a delay between provisioning your Cloud project / billing account and Looker Studio Pro being able to access it.
