Problem with filters of date in Looker Studio

Hi everyone!
I'm working on a dashboard where my database have a lot os date fields, but I'm not able to create a filter where I can limit those dates in my charts. When I do it my chart breaks and shows the message "Invalid dimensions, metrics or filters". I've tried to change the format of the date, but also didn't work.
Has anyone been through this and have any tips?

Could you share some screenshots to understand the problem please (the list of fields in the data source, configuration tabs on the chart provoking the error...).
