Record count mismatch

Hello everyone,

Looking for some help please. I have a mismatch between my data.

Example - I have raw data on a linked google sheet across several years. My Jan 2025 record count is 88 Records.

I have a score card on my looker studio, when filtered to Jan 2025 shows 88 records. All good so far.

I have created a time line chart. For some reason the  point at Jan 2025 on the chart sits at 70. 

I created a test table just to check the figures and for Jan 2025 total count is also showing as 70.

Can't seem to figure out why it's minus 18 records on the line chart and table.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, 

Just a guess, but may be the metric aggregation is on CTD (count distinct) instead of CT (count).

THanks for that. I've looked at the already and it's set to CT.
