Refresh data from Search Console

Today is May 13th. Looker Studio downloads data from Search Console only until May 8. The scale on the chart has been increasing for several days and confirms that the data should be available until May 11. In the lower left corner there is today's update date - May 13.
How to retrieve recent data from Search Console?

I will start with answering your questtion: How to retrieve recent data from Search Console?

The harsh true is even in the GSC interface you will not see latest data. The lattest you can see there is for yesterday but even if you check it today the data won't be fully updated for yesterdays data.

Another option is to send data to BigQuery via GSC connector and using SQL wrangle the queries and pushing materialized views you can see it in Looker Studio.

In terms of data delay this option should grant you some advantage on top of original Looker Studio connector which by default is always few days late (a minimum of 2-3 days late).
Why? I don't know. It is probably due to some cost optimization processes done by GCP as the amount of data is huge considering number of GSC accounts wordlwide.

Lastly, you are reffering on your screen to the information on the bottom of the dashhboard which has nothing to do with the data source update.

It is justt an innformation when exactly Looker Studio connected to your data source in order to retrieve latest OBTAINABLE data in the data source.

Meaning if there is no data for given days yet in the original data source you need to wait for it.

Ia also seeing a 2-3 days of delay on my GSC report when created with connector :

Bottom line: At this point I do not think you can have an access to latest (yesterdays data) in Looker Studio without fetching it directly from the API.

@KrisKot Did you manage to find a solution to this? I am also facing the same problem. Its been a week since my looker report (connected with search console) last refreshed.
