Retrieving data from the previous month while filtering for a specific month

Hello, I need help with Looker Studio.

I would like to add a Scorecard on a report that displays information from the previous month while filtering for a given month.

The issue is that I currently have a dropdown control with a simple list of months, which only allows selecting one. This prevents me from obtaining data from the previous month.

Is there a way to filter by a specific month and still retrieve data from the previous month?
