Hi, my looker studio dashboard has a daily scheduled email. Sometimes, the email received has errors in some charts in the embedded preview but the PDF that's attached in the scheduled email shows the same graphs correctly.
For example, these charts embedded in the email show an error:
But the same charts show up correctly in the PDF which is attached to the same email:
I was under the impression that the email previews are captured form the PDF, but that doesn't seem likely now. I hope that looker studio isn't running duplicate queries for the same charts, one for PDF & again for embedding into the email?
I also checked BQ Job History, and all queries executed correctly. So why would this happen & how can I ensure that email previews also work well?
