We received several reports of scheduled emails going to the recipient's spam folder, when previously the emails went to the Inbox. If you are experiencing this, please leave a comment below.
For last 5 days my scheduled reports are going to spam folder. After removing the spam the next day reports are again going to spam
Hi @JenS , I'm experiencing the same issue since Thursday. Today first 3 emails went to Inbox (previous days it was 1 or 2 out of 3), I have more coming in the afternoon and will update my comment when I receive them
Hi, @JenS, we are at sweet.tv also faced this issue, starting from 8.11
We're having the same problem. While some of us having the mail in the inbox some of us having it in the spam folder starting from the 31.10.2024
