Segmenting multiple data source reports

Hi There,

I am newish to Looker Studio. I have been using it for about 9 months in my role as a Business Analyst to provide visualized reporting dashboards for different teams in my organization. Most of my work relates around marketing and website data. In the current environment, I am using the available API feeds from Google to connect our GA4 website accounts, our YouTube Channels and our different Google Ads accounts. For data sources that don't have API's, I have connected different Google Sheets to Looker Studio and manually update those data sets on a weekly basis.

We have a large marketing campaign running for the duration of the summer, and within this large campaign, there are several smaller campaigns intended to support the larger campaign. I have created a multiple page report that looks at the performance of the large (overarching) marketing campaign. This multiple page report has 5 data sources and 4 different blends to provide the metrics and dimensions we want to look at from the different data sources across the entire campaign.

Is there a way to apply a report wide filter to the current report so I can look at a segment of the larger campaign without needing to create additional reports for each small campaign supporting the larger campaign?

To elaborate, let's call the larger campaign "Summer Sales Event". And lets say the "Summer Sales Event" campaign is made up of 3 small campaigns called "Mother's Day", "Father's Day", Black Friday in July". The report for the entirety of the "Summer Sales Event" is already made and configured as needed. But how do I filter this report to see all the same dimensions and metrics but *only* for one of the 3 small campaigns that are supporting it?

I am looking for a way to allow the report user to select a filter for "Mothers Day", "Fathers Day" or "Black Friday in July" and then have the data adjust to just that selected segment of the larger campaign. I am unsure of how to do this since there's multiple data sources and blends (website, google ads, paid ads, organic social media, youtube). Therefore each of these data sources would need its own set of filters to show the data for just the selected small campaign. This would be manual and would require different reports. If possible, I was trying to make it flexible for the user to see all.
