Server failed: Upgrading to Looker Studio Pro

Hi,

When I visit this URL: https://console.cloud.google.com/looker-studio/ to upgrade to a Looker Studio Pro license, I get the error "Server failed".

I've tried for several weeks in a row.

If I click "Cancel" and then click "Subscribe" and proceed to purchase, I get the error "Subscription failed".

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? (I've tried both with a regular Gmail account and my company email (PII Removed by Staff) – both give the same error).

I want to upgrade to Looker Studio Pro because I'm currently limited to sending about 300 reports per month, even though the quota states that up to 800 emails per month can be sent:

(I’m not able to do that).

I hope someone can help me upgrade our account.
