Some pages are not showing data for the viewer access

Hi Community, 

I am very confused about some of my reports with the sharing capabilities. The entire report is only using a single data source from BigQuery. When I share the reports with others as a viewer, they can only view the information on the first page, but no information/data will show up for other pages. When you load the other page, it keeps trying to load the data, but 30 seconds later, it returns "System Error. Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request" for all the tables/charts.
