System Error: Looker Studio has encountered a system error

I believe that this System Error problem has become quite popular among this forum. However, I do not seem to find any solid response while many users are confronting such issue. 

Occasionally, my dashboard (as well) happened to be interrupted by the System Error causing a bottleneck in the upcoming related process of my company. I have tried several methods such as reconnecting datasource, refreshing data, refreshing page, and creating new table/chart. None of them worked. However, after few days, I checked my dashboard again and the issue seems to fix itself for some reasons and everything went back.

Regardless of the issue fixing itself, I would like to avoid such occasion at all cost if possible. For more additional info(in case it helps), my datasource is connected to mysql database. Some of them are connected via custom queries and the others are connected to the designated table directly. For custom queries, I have tested them to ensure its stability and consistency and also let several senior backend devs to check whether the queries are working properly.

Update:

- In the previous times, I have also comprehended and utilized the basic troubleshooting and hygiene steps provided by Google, which sometimes work and did not work.
