System error without login

I created a Lookerstudio dashboard with data from an uploaded Excel file. Unfortunately, users who are not logged in cannot see any data – a system error appears. How can we get around this?

I'm having the same issue. The chart works fine when logged into any Google account, but gives a System Error otherwise, even when it's set to "Public".

Hi! I’ve partially solved this. You’ll need to use a different data source. Try connecting via Google Sheets instead of Excel or uploading a CSV file.

I upload my .csv to Google Sheets and connect it to Looker Studio – that works now fine.
