I am trying to subscribe to Looker Studio Pro, but I am facing major restrictions because I am located in Saudi Arabia. The local reseller (CNTXT) requires a Commercial Registration (CR) number, which I do not have since I am an individual user, not a business.
To bypass this, I attempted to subscribe using my personal (non-business) account, but I received this message:
❌ "Individual (non-business) onboarding is temporarily unavailable."
However, this is actually permanently unavailable, making it impossible for non-business users to register.
Since that failed, I tried subscribing to Google Cloud Standard Support so I could request a billing account directly from Google. But I received another message saying:
❌ "You are not eligible to select this option."
Key Issues I'm Facing:
1️⃣ Looker Studio Pro requires a billing account, but I cannot create one in Saudi Arabia as an individual.
2️⃣ CNTXT requires a business CR number, making it impossible for freelancers or individuals to subscribe.
3️⃣ Google Cloud Standard Support is blocked for my account, so I cannot get help directly.
4️⃣ I cannot contact Google Cloud Sales—no response when I try to request support.
5️⃣ Registering with a personal Google account fails, showing an error that individual onboarding is "temporarily unavailable" but is actually permanently blocked.
Questions & Help Needed:
- Is there a way to bypass CNTXT and purchase Looker Studio Pro directly from Google?
- Can Google manually enable Standard Support for my account so I can fix this?
- Is there an alternative method (such as an international reseller) that allows individuals from Saudi Arabia to subscribe?
- Can I register Looker Studio Pro under a different country (UAE, USA) without violating Google’s policies?
This issue is blocking me from using Google Cloud services, even though I am willing to pay for them. I need urgent help to find a solution.
