I have been a long-time user of Looker Studio, and for about a day now, Looker Studio has been experiencing an issue where it cannot update data from a Google Sheets source. When I click the refresh data button, all reports display incorrect data and become unusable! Is anyone else facing the same issue, and when will Google be able to fix this bug?

We are experiencing the same thing. We get a data connection error message. Our sheet was connecting fine on Monday (4/14/25) and stopped working on Tuesday evening (4/15/25). We are prompted to authorize the sheet, and the screen goes blank. We are still having the issue. We work in an educational setting on a managed network. We use Google for gmail, sheets/docs, etc., and workspaces.

We have a solution that worked! We are on a managed network in a school system. Our IT Dept. created an email for us that is NOT connected to any groups or teams. Now we are able to log in and connect our data! Hope this helps others!
Did you have to transfer ownership from the old email (connected to groups/teams) to the new email (not connected to groups/teams)? Or will you have to recreate your dashboards using the new account?
We were able to share the Dashboards and the data sources we created in the old account with the new account, and that is all we had to do. They worked just fine!
