I am unable to provide editor access to my teammate. It shows an unknown error occurred and even also changing the link from restricted to public faces the same issue.
There are several reasons that this might happen. Is the teammate also a Google user? The Invite others to your reports documentation page has a lot of information about how to add users, and might provide some ideas for troubleshooting.
