Use filters instead of dimensions in a Chart

Am I able to create a filters that include multiple and specific values of a dimension and use these filters as dimensions instead?

Use Case: Created filters to group Custom Channels by 'Paid' and 'Organic'.

I want to create a chart that only shows how many sessions the group 'Paid' and 'Organic' have.

Is this possible?

I'm not sure I'm fully understanding the use case. If you are already grouping by the dimension that has the values Paid and Organic, then wouldn't regular filters get you what you need there?

Or are you trying to get a custom grouping that is "Paid + Organic", which wouldn't naturally be in the dimension?
