Using Looker Studio Map in Google Sheets

I am probably missing something but here goes.  I currently have a spreadsheet with 3 sheets with data imported from another spreadsheet.  I added a 4th sheet and inserted a map chart that also pulls its data from another chart.  I am not totally thrilled with the limitations of it, so was looking into Looker Studio and the filled maps.   I have figured it out enough to create a map I like, and I am able to customize it the way I like.  But I am not sure how to use it in the same fashion I have now.  I would like to have a sheet like I have now with the report from Looker Studio.  I don't want a link that someone has to go to to see the report.  First question is can I do this.  Second, if I update the database for the maps I have now, they instantly update.  It appears I have to manually update the Looker studio one each time to see the change I made.  Do the maps automatically update?  And if so, are they on a time schedule, or can they update when a change is made to the database.

Thanks,

Studio data sources have a cache in place. This is why you are observing some latency and you need to "refresh". I think the minimum for Google Sheet is 15 minutes.

I do not think there exists an out of the box way to embed a Studio visualization in a Google Sheet sheet.
