Whenever I open a Looker Studio dashboard I'm always redirected to the bottom of the page

Hello, 

I have several "tall" dashboards with heights exceeding 2000+ px and whenever I open them I'm redirected to the bottom of the page. This issue occurs with every dashboard which height doesn't fit the monitor size. I hadn't encountered this problem before - all dashboards were opening correctly for me 2 days ago.

Please look into this matter and let me know if you have any questions.

This exact same thing has happened to me as of 8/2. It is creating a very bad user experience as the end user doesn't realize sometimes they are at the bottom of the page. I've submitted tickets through Google Issue Tracker as well as the Send Feedback feature in Looker Studio.
