Will Looker split "disable downloading, printing, and copying for viewers"?

Hi all,

As you probably know, along the access settings, Looker Studio allow us to select some parameters in order to limit users actions.

Unfortunately, the tool doesn't allow to disable select distinctly downloading, printing, and copying. 

I saw that Google is aware about this issue (https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/175392273) but I'm not able to understand if they are working on this feature or not.

Probably it could be game changer for reporting (downloading) while protecting the visual identity of the dashboard (not allowing copying).

Does anyone know something about this?

Assuming you mean Looker Studio and not Looker 🙂 this is a great suggestion, thanks for sharing the issuetracker link so that I can add my +1. We would like to be able to enable downloading without allowing copying of a report.

(side note: I can only star the issue, I can't seem to add commentary to the issue, although I used to be able to do that, add my own issues, etc. Does anyone know what changed with the issuetracker?)

About issuetracker I think it depends by the fact that Looker Studio has introduced the Pro version that includes the support. Doing that, I assume they deprecated the possibility to interact with issuetracker

But then who is posting all the issues and commenting on them? I'm not able to do so, even with my account that has Pro access.

Idk, probably old users? It seems "assigned" to someone but the messages refer to 2022 😞
