Are you viewing the report in the Looker Studio mobile app? If so, try viewing the report in mobile friendly view. You can switch between original view and mobile friendly view by following these instructions from the Looker Studio mobile app documentation page:
You can switch between mobile friendly and original version by selecting the three-dot menu at the top right side of the screen and selecting Switch to mobile friendly report to view the mobile friendly version, or Switch to web report to view the original version.
There are certain cases where the mobile friendly view may not preserve report details, including the following:
- Reports that include lines (such as line, arrow, elbow, or curved).
- Reports that have mind map or flow chart-like arrangements. These are not converted in order to preserve the order and layout of charts and elements.
- Reports that include overlapping non-image items.
If the issue still occurs, you can report the problem to our team from within the app by following these steps:
To report a problem specific to your report, follow these steps:
- Select the three dots menu icon on a report.
- Select the Report a problem option from the menu.
- Follow the prompts to describe and submit your report.
Tap outside the menu to close it and return to the list of reports.
