looker report display error

hi, i have a looker studio report having multiple tabs. 

problem-1:  The same link of report (having unlist sharing permission) asking for sign in on a device where gmail is not login. 

Problem-2 :  if i login to gmail then all my old tabs display correctly but i added a new tab and it displays error that you do not have permissions to underlying data. 

any one please respond.

Hi @Fahad123, thanks for your post!

When you log into your gmail account, is that the same account that you use to manage the report and its data sources in Looker Studio? It sounds like you may need to give the gmail account that you use to log in after you are prompted. The Data credentials documentation page provides more details about data access, and how to grant different types of access to data. 

You might also want to make sure that the Public link sharing setting is turned on, and if so, that the sharing option that is selected is the one that you need. The Invite others to your reports documentation page has more information about public link sharing, and how to enable or double-check the settings.
