"Does Not Contain" - drop down for user to select.

I would like to create a drop down filter which uses the functionality "does not contain" and then the user choice from a list.

There appears to be a thread about this here: https://support.google.com/looker-studio/thread/199256911?hl=en&sjid=10881886375326305755-EU  but it now just redirects back to the search page.

The search page when I type in "does not contain" gives maybe one related answer, which is hugely frustrating.

To confirm:  I am not looking for a static variable.  I want the opposite of the existing "select to the user choices", to NOT "select the user choices".

I like the idea, but I don't think this is possible! Sounds like a feature request to me.
