Not able to see the filters in Explore in Edit Mode

I have a dashboard, In which i have 4 looks. I was asked to apply a date filter on it. When I added, it worked on three of the looks but not on the third one. 

I had the same copy of the dashboard as well on which the filter was working fine. 

When i tried to find out the reason, it was the following.

When on the 'copy dashboard', i click on the 4th look -> view explore -> it shows me 2 groups of filters, 

when on my dashboard, I click on the 4th look -> view explore -> it shows me only 1 group of filters.

So, I just click on edit dashboard and go to the explore of the 4ht look, but in edit mood it shows me only the 1 group of filters. how can i sort this out?
