PDTs that CREATE with daily incremental load

Hello! We know that PDTs are great at updating new data daily, but what if you are building a PDT from scratch with 60 days of initial data?

The initial build of 60 days all at once is reeking havoc on our cluster(s), and wondering if there is a way to lessen the load and build the table with one create and 59 inserts, to be continued with daily inserts thereafter.
