I've got a little issue in my infrastructure. We've got a Test environment SOAR , there are some users that can access normally with the invitation code. The thing is that i'm not receiving the invitation link and so I cannot access to SOAR Platform. The email is not in spam folder, it seems like the email is not being sent I checked everywhere. Is there something that I am missing?
Hi @Emanuel_Gigante - Would you mind confirming the Email Settings setup in your SOAR Test environment?
Navigate to the Gear Icon > Settings > Advanced > Email Settings
Is the environment set up to use: Chronicle SOAR SMTP OR Customer Configuration?
Is that Email Settings related with Reports in Dashboard&Reports scheduler?
I set the email in Scheduler in reports of Dashboards&Reports>reports at last two day
but I did not get any mail reports.
