We had multiple independent AppEngine apps that were not responsive for the last two two hours.
The logs showed an 500 Error: "The request failed because the instance could not start successfully"
We didn't do any releases. All apps are running in the standard php74 environment. They are independently failing.
I did not find any incident report on the Google Cloud Service Health board.
Did any of you experience a similar problem? Am I overlooking something on the Google Cloud Service Health board?
