Billed instance count no long showing on App Engine dashboard

When I view the App Engine dashboard and look at my instance counts the billed instance estimate is zero. Active and created are present and correct.

In addition the instance costs and bandwidth costs have disappeared from the Billing status table.

This has changed in the past week.

Anyone else experiencing this?

We've noticed this same thing too.

Thought it had to do with us transitioning from Python 2 to 3, but now looks like that was just a coincidence.
