Can't add domain it goes to url not found

We setup a server container for tag manager, and we are able to create it successfully. We wanted to use the custom subdomain on it.

Under app engine setting yesterday when we click to add a custom domain a popup will show and it requires us to verify the domain.

We successfully verify the domain. When i click today the add custom domain button the popup didn't appear anymore, it goes to  URL not found page.
