Cloud Function Fails to Load

When I go to look at the details of my functions, I get a failed to load error. It wasn't like this before, but for the last 1 month, I can't access my functions for this reason. Also i have owner role.
What should i do? Thank you

It dosent look like cloud function related and more of promotion code error while applying. Can you share complete screenshot with URL.

Also , have you tried to navigate from Products>Cloud Functions ?
