Cloud Run Quota Increase Not Taking Effect

Greetings !

I have submitted two requests already to google to increase my current quota for the number of instances per region for cloud run. The current setting is 10 and I have requested an increase to 100.

I have upgraded my account to a paid one and I have paid an early 10$ as google asked me to. I keep getting emails that tell me that my request has been approved and that my quota should be taking effect shortly.

It has been 2 days since I have received the last email.. however, when I log in to my account, I don't see any changes. Has anyone encountered a similar issue before ?

I'm having the exact same issue but my increase request was for GCE GPUs not the number of instances per region. The approval email said "We have approved your request for additional quota. Your new quota should take effect within one hour of receiving this message." yet it's been ~21 hours and no effect yet 😞

To this day, it never got solved. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for the $10 and it seems I can't even do that [1]. Terrible experience so far.
