Default service accounts got deleted unexpectedly

Some of our default service accounts were deleted unexpectedly as follows:
service-xxx@gcf-admin-robot.iam.gserviceaccount.com?uid=xxx

service-xxx@serverless-robot-prod.iam.gserviceaccount.com?uid=xxx

service-xxx@serverless-robot-prod.iam.gserviceaccount.com?uid=xxx

Is there a way to recover those service accounts? I tried the API here https://cloud.google.com/iam/docs/reference/rest/v1/projects.serviceAccounts/undelete?apix_params=%7... 
but it did not work with 403 permission error

I've already re-created those successfully so close it now
