Looking for some help with `labels`. We have cloud billing project which is linked a dashboard which presents the daily usage across our organization. The dashboard is not at granular level (meaning - it gives the report for Cloud run service, but not billing for each cloud run service). To get detail cost of each cloud run service, we created labels (Key and value 1) for each cloud run service with Key being the same name and value being the service name. That way, we can create a report with Key value.
To test this, I created same `Key` and `Value 1` in my project and created a report in BQ (from our billing project) and it worked.
Since it worked, we created the labels via terraform in our dev project. The labels (key and values) are created, but these are not showing up in BQ report. It is still showing the labels which I created from my personal project, which is actually deleted.
How do I refresh this data in the billing project?
