Google Cloud Run - External Load Balancer Option Removed from the UI?

This UI has been removed from my Google Cloud Run => Manage Domain section. How do I get it back?

All of my existing domain mapping using the load balancer option is gone. They work, but the UI doesn't show anything there.

Hi, that looks like a screenshot from the Cloud Run UI. You can continue to view and configure your load balancers through the Cloud Load Balancing product surfaces. Search for "Cloud Load Balancing" in the search bar in Cloud Console - you should be able to see them in your list of Cloud Load Balancers.

I used to be able to choose the option "external load balancer" from Google Cloud Run but that option is not there anymore.

The Cloud Load Balancer page is mostly records added automatically by services I used like Cloud Run, so it's super confusing right now.

We removed the "external load balancer" and other related functionality from the Cloud Run UI in order to make way for a solution called Application Design Center which similarly does higher-level resource management across Google Cloud, not just for Cloud Run. It's fairly new but recently became available: https://cloud.google.com/application-design-center/docs/overview

Take a look and see if it helps here. If not, unfortunately you'll need to use the Load Balancer page directly now.
