Terminology operations $expand not working

You can follow this guide in enabling the Healthcare Natural Language API especially the setting up permissions part. You must have the healthcare.nlpservice.analyzeEntities permission, which is included in the healthcare.nlpServiceViewer role.

My query is regarding Terminology API specification as part of FHIR in Google Healthcare API. Healthcare Natural Language will not help.
