I cannot start datastream.

I cannot start datastream.
I created users for publication, replication slot, and datasteam by referring to the following url.
https://cloud.google.com/datastream/docs/configure-your-source-postgresql-database#csqlforpostgresql
I passed all verifications to start datastream.

But, when I started datastream, I just see FBs like this one.

“Operation failed. Please try again.”
I didn’t get any error messages.

Can you try looking at your Logs explorer and select the resource involved in your project? I would also recommend contacting Google Support to get a better look at your project and API usage at your project: https://cloud.google.com/contact
