Perusing the community, you may have come across community members with a special rank icon or badge that states that they are part of the Community Advisory Forum program.

What is the Community Advisory Forum program?

The Community Advisory Forum (CAF) is a private hidden area of our community designated for a certain group of community members, the Community Advisors. Due to the fact that the CAF is hidden, it cannot be seen by most community members. The CAF is designated for a certain group of community members, the Community Advisors, who display product and community advocacy, expertise, leadership, and kindness and who are responsive when it comes to helping their fellow community members out.

In return, these pillars of our community have unique opportunities, access, privilege and the chance to get SWAG. One of the things that they have access to is the Community Advisory Forum, in which they can share feedback on the community directly with staff.

Community Advisors are chosen by staff. Users cannot nominate themselves or others for this role. This means that anyone who is especially active and offering frequent assistance has the opportunity to potentially be invited to join the program.

How can you identify a Community Advisor in the community?

Once Community Advisors have obtained their new role, they gain a badge that makes them easy to spot.

If you are ever in need of assistance, reach out to one of these helpful members of our community.
