Add email address to Routing

I am logged into the admin console, I select Apps, Google Workspace, Gmail and select Routing to add email address so users will receive correspondence coming in through our website and the Routing page won't load.

The first thing I'd check in that case is browser-related issues, like:

  • Have you tried a different browser (like Firefox instead of Chrome)?
  • Have you tried a private browsing/incognito window?
  • Have you disabled any ad blockers or other plugins for admin.google.com?
  • Have you cleared cache/cookies?
