CANT INCREASE STORAGE

my gmail account has been suspended because i exceed my storage, i have already deleted my google photos but when i try to increase the suscription from business starter to standard i can not get it done it appears an "error message" and they tell me to try again i have doing this about 2 days im getting desperate because thats my companies mail, and no user can get into it. i need to get into the gmail account in order to erase the other mails but always get the same message of "your account has been suspended" please i really need help

Are you the admin or end user? If the admin, any other co-admins/superusers on the domain?

So to also get this straight, admin console is also suspended hence why information at https://support.google.com/a/answer/6136055 can't be followed?
