I mistakenly added licenses 1 hour ago and need to remove them, but I was told that I will have to wait for the end of my contract, that is, 1 year from now to remove these licenses, but this cannot be possible because I cannot pay for one year for licenses that I will not use and I am reporting 1 hour after adding that I performed the procedure by mistake, I added 19 licenses and it was supposed to be 9 licenses. I need an alternative to this situation, even if it is to cancel and charge for one day (proportionally) but I cannot spend 1 year paying for something that I am indicating was my error and I am expressing my desire to cancel. How do you make it quickly and easily available to the user to add a license but the same does not apply to removing or canceling it, even if there is a pro-rata charge? I understand this as abuse and Brazilian laws do not allow this. I am trying to resolve this amicably with the platform, but if this is not answered, I will go to Brazilian court to resolve this and it seems to me that the case is won, because even if they are in a contract, this situation becomes null and void according to the consumer protection code. as an abusive clause.
How can we resolve this, I only need 9 of the 19 available licenses to be canceled or withdrawn.

I don't know if you are on annual billing or flex billing but I'm guessing you might be on annual which is why you might not be seeing an option to cancel. -KAM
