I would like to retrieve device related events via the reports API. I am especially interested in the device ID. I could not find documentation on what the device ID is - does this uniquely identify a hardware device or just a browser? (i.e. if I use multiple browser on the same system, will I get a unique device ID? if multiple users use the same physical system, will each get a unique device ID?)
Also, I am having trouble getting new events generated. In my test workspace, I have 4 accounts and I logged in from two different physical devices. I only see events and only on 2 accounts on one of the devices (macOS desktop). When are these events generated?
Also, I found that the lag time for these events to show up in audit reports can be hours. Is that normal?
