Disable inbox mail delete option

i want to disable inbox mail delete option for some users.Its important because if any employee leave and he delete official email then it will be problem for organization.

can you explain step how can i disable gmail inbox delete button for my organization all users.

Google Vault keeps a copy of all the emails, so it doesn't matter if your users delete them--you can retrieve them from Vault if you ever need to.
