Does google trigger any callback or event whenever an workspace app is installed from marketplace?

Hi,
I wanted to know, does google trigger any callback or event whenever an workspace app is installed?

I want to fetch user's details and all users under that organization once a user installs the app from workspace marketplace. But I can't find any event triggered where I can know someone has installed the app.
